Course Description
Tax Law aims to provide students with an understanding of the legal nature of taxes, which constitute the main source of public revenue, and the legal relationships arising from taxation. The course covers fundamental principles of tax law, types of taxes, the creation and termination of tax obligations, taxpayer status, and tax liability. It also includes topics such as tax offenses and penalties, tax audits, administrative remedies, and tax jurisdiction. Supported by practical examples, the course enhances students’ knowledge of legislation, enabling them to analyze current tax issues and interpret legal provisions effectively.
