PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL LAW-II

Course Description

First part of the course will focus on international organizations and concepts such as crimes against peace, war crimes, crimes against humanity and their relation to international criminal law. In addition, armed conflict and humanitarian law will be evaluated and the prohibition and exceptions to the use of force in international law will be examined. In the second part, explanations will be made about existing resolution mechanisms such as arbitration for international disputes, and a basis will be established on the conditions of application to international judicial bodies. In the last part, an assessment of the dispute rules provided for by the United Nations will be made and the importance of monitoring these rules will be explained.
