ADMINISTRATIVE LAW-II

Course Description

In this course basic concepts and legal regulations regarding relations between individuals and administration will be explained. In the first part, public service, law enforcement activity, administrative action and related issues will be discussed. In the second part, relevant legislation, especially constitutional provisions, will be discussed regarding the responsibility of administration. In addition, the principles identified in judicial decisions and opinions in teaching will be examined. In the third part, the functions of the administration and how the administration can be held responsible for the damages they may cause will be discussed. In the last part, while examining authorities of administration to regulate, impose sanctions and acquire property, issues related to public service and law enforcement will be discussed in the light of current regulations.
