Course Description

This course covers sociology as a tool of the concept of law, the common subjects of law and sociology, the general structure of legal rules and methods of research, the development process of the sociology of law, sociology of law as a positive science, theoretical sociology of law, the roots of the sociology of law in legal history, the classical understanding of the sociology of law, and the current position of the sociology of law.
