Course Description

The main objective of this course is to enable graduate students to conduct independent and in-depth research on both contemporary and fundamental issues of international law. Students are expected to prepare scientific studies in accordance with academic writing rules and ethical standards, present their findings in a systematic manner, and improve their oral presentation skills. In addition, they will critically evaluate the information obtained, defend their ideas in a scholarly debate setting, and develop persuasive legal arguments. In this way, their research, writing, and presentation abilities will be strengthened in an integrated and comprehensive manner.
