Course Description

This course provides an in-depth examination of the legal dimensions of civil rights protection and litigation against violations. It covers constitutional rights enforcement, anti-discrimination principles, freedom of expression and association, property rights, and the right to a fair trial. Students will study judicial mechanisms at both national and international levels that safeguard civil rights, along with litigation strategies and procedural rules. Through the analysis of landmark court decisions, the course aims to enhance students’ theoretical understanding as well as their practical skills in assessing and advocating civil rights claims within diverse legal contexts.
