Course Description

The purpose of this course is to enhance students’ advanced legal writing skills. It provides in-depth knowledge and practice in constructing arguments, preparing advocacy materials, and drafting legal texts within the field of international law. The course covers legal research methods, academic and professional writing standards, structuring persuasive arguments, and preparing pleadings as well as legal opinions. Students will also gain experience in both written and oral advocacy, strengthening their ability to communicate effectively and convincingly. Emphasis is placed on academic integrity, clarity, precision, and adherence to ethical standards in professional legal writing.
