Course Description
This course is designed to equip students with advanced legal research skills and methodologies. It focuses on identifying, evaluating, and effectively using primary and secondary sources in international and comparative law. Students will develop the ability to conduct systematic research across legislation, treaties, case law, scholarly articles, and digital legal databases. The course also covers source reliability assessment, citation techniques, literature review methods, and the presentation of research findings. By integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application, the course aims to strengthen students’ competence in legal research for both academic scholarship and professional legal practice.
