Course Description
The course aims to provide you with the knowledge and understanding required for managing the financial aspects of a bank’s business. By studying the management of a bank’s assets and liabilities, will develops a good understanding of the nature of the business of banking. It will develop some of the financial techniques introduced in the core finance classes to consider the decisions and policies of banks. It contributes to the course aims of using financial theory and analysis in understanding the operations of banks. This course provides with an understanding and appreciation of the various financial management techniques used by banks, modern corporate strategy, the portfolıo rısks of bankıng and theır management, bank ınvestment, managıng the bank lendıng functıon, bank capıtal theory management and regulatıon and fınancıal ınnovatıon ınformatıon technology and corporate.
