CARE IN INTERNAL ACUTE AND CHRONIC DISEASES-I

Course Description

The aim of care in internal acute and chronic diseases I course is to examine biopsychosocial and health care concepts in adult health management. In this course; bio-psychosocial concepts related to health care; conducts management of the patient with liquid electrolyte and acid base imbalance; plans nursing care for cancer treatments, effects and side effects; nervous system diseases and nursing care, immune system diseases and nursing care, cardiovascular system diseases and nursing care, pain types and nursing care, pain types and nursing care. Knows the importance of biopsychosocial, physiopathological and pharmacological concepts in health care by using adaptive, preventive, and health education methods for optimal functioning of patients with changes in the specified systems. Prepare appropriate nursing care plan for patient by using nursing process.
