Course Description
The aim of this course is to introduce printmaking techniques, terminology, and equipment’s and tools, which enables students to produce prints works with different hand work techniques such as Relief printmaking, Intaglio printmaking, mono print and slick Screen-printing. This course also encourages them to use their own creativity and combine different techniques and materials. Understanding of color is identical and important in which they practically experience with their print works, and understand how and which color should be used in their print works. Being cautious about the toxic materials and solvents is vital, one who uses a studio has to pay attention to the use of materials, in order to protect himself/herself and others.
