Course Description
Issues management is one of the most important and intricate areas of PR practices. The practice of issues management requires a balanced combination of analytical thinking, experience, information resources, excellent planning capability and coordination. The area, by the definition involves a futurological approach where foreseeing the results and risks of our past, current and future actions are calculated and driven by the means of communication to achieve a certain goal. This course introduces the basic concepts and examples of this interesting CPR tool.
