Course Description

Within the scope of this course, the historical development of hairdressing, the definition of hair care and the necessary points to be considered in the construction, the definition and importance of hair care and construction. Hair and scalp analysis and cleaning, hair washing methods, definition of tools and equipment to be used in hair cleaning, selection and use of cosmetic products, the importance of massage to be applied on the scalp and its effects on the scalp, temporary hair styling methods, factors affecting hair styling. Definition of blow-drying, selection and use of tools and equipment to be used. Points to be considered in blow-drying applications. Blow-drying techniques; drying and shaping application studies of straight, wavy, inward, outward, straight-mixed and curly hair with blow-drying. Temporary wave processes; Mizampli, papiot. Selection and use of tools and equipment to be used in the Mizampli process. Mizanpli wrapping techniques, issues to be considered in the application. It is aimed to gain Mizampli application studies.
