Course Description
In this course students will explore virtual and augmented reality (VR/AR), as a tool for both “spatial architectural design and immersive representation through hands-on design projects and they will try out Virtual Reality applications, grasp technical knowledge about VR/AR, learn how architectural design is taking advantage of it. This course aims to improve students' knowledge levels and critical thinking skills due to the effect of fast growth of technology. For this purpose, examination of the development of applications in the historical process and the impact on futuristic approaches, by providing the necessary infrastructure information to produce content for these environments, are discussed. Metaverse, “a computer-generated simulation of a world in which people can meet and interact which will be consider”; as prototyping for this course.
