Course Description
This course aims to provide an introduction to the wide range of topics covered by the science of psychology. By the end of the course, students should be familiar with the major theories and the methods of research used to study behavior. These include the biological basis of psychological functions, sensation, perception, and different states of consciousness. During the course, such the basic concepts of research methods and technics as a laboratory experiment, area experiment, case study, observation that are used in experimental psychology, developmental psychology, clinical psychology, social psychology, cognitive psychology, and also the major aspects of psychotherapies will be introduced to students.
