Course Description

Basic principles, methods and techniques of group process in a theoretical and practical way. Managing a group that is structured or semi-structured as a leader or co-leader under supervision is the goal of this course. The theory and practice of psychological counseling with this group will be studied in order to understand and develop advanced group leadership skills. Ethical and legal issues will be discussed as well as common issues and specific problems encountered in developing and developing the group. Students will experience group membership and co-leadership. To learn basic concepts, principles and techniques related to the psychological counseling process, gain group leadership skills and gain group experience by participating in psychological counseling sessions conducted with different groups under the leadership of course supervisor.
