Course Description
Making individual counseling by using psychological counseling skills and techniques under supervision. To be able to transfer the theoretical knowledge about principles and techniques of psychological counseling to the field of practice. Development of consulting skills. Pre-interview, structuring, preparing and using informative consent form in the psychological counseling process. Identification of the problem of the client, identification of the purpose of the consultation, determination of the consultation strategy. Decide on appropriate approach and techniques to be used. Evaluation in the consultation process. Evaluation of consultation process. The methods that can be used in the evaluation of the client, the client's self and process evaluation. Self-evaluation as a psychological counselor, utilization of supervision, consultation.
