Course Description
The knowledge and skills required in the subjects of managing psychological counseling sessions, evaluating and conceptualizing counselor problems in psychological counseling sessions, forming goals, using advanced psychological counseling skills, choosing strategies and interventions for psychological counseling, terminating and monitoring, applications related to the topics covered, psychological counseling sessions constructing psychological counseling techniques (creating rapport, emotional reflection, content reflection, interpretation, encouragement, Socratic questioning and etc.), planning and constructing psychological counseling interviews, explaining the interview rules, using the steps of developing therapeutic relationship with the client, counter reaction, confrontation, explanation, affirmation, sincerity, opening, informing) and developing application skills of psychological counseling skills.
