Course Description
Basic concepts and principles of group psychological counseling; group psychological counseling process; group types according to different problems and age groups in group counseeling, purposes of psychological counseling with group, differences between individual psychological counseling and group psychological counseling practice, group types (open, closed, marathon, big, small..etc., group formation studies and steps, rules and ethical principles of group counseling practice, group leader's functions, responsibilities, skills, personality traits, characteristics and responsibilities of group members, types of counseling and methods of dealing with problematic counselor types, initiation, transition, work-study, termination), group psychological counseling techniques, exercises, function of exercises, planning of group sessions.
