Course Description
Bu ders, öğrencilere akıllı destinasyon kavramını tanıtmaktadır: ziyaretçi deneyimlerini geliştirmek, yerel işletmeleri desteklemek ve destinasyon yönetimi ile sürdürülebilirliği iyileştirmek için dijital teknolojileri, veriyi ve inovasyonu kullanan turizm destinasyonları. Öğrenciler, mobil uygulamalar, Nesnelerin İnterneti (IoT), yapay zeka, büyük veri ve sürükleyici medya (AR/VR) gibi teknolojilerin gerçek turizm ortamlarında nasıl uygulandığını keşfedeceklerdir. Ders, teknik olmaktan ziyade kavramsal ve uygulama odaklıdır; programlama veya mühendislik altyapısı gerektirmez. Ders ayrıca akıllı turizmde sürdürülebilirlik, erişilebilirlik, etik ve veri gizliliği konularında farkındalık kazandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Vaka çalışmaları, sınıf içi gösterimler ve ortak bir grup projesi aracılığıyla, turizm ve bilişim altyapısına sahip öğrenciler ortak bir dil konuşmayı ve gerçekçi akıllı turizm çözümlerini birlikte tasarlamayı öğreneceklerdir.
