Course Description
This course critically examines the strategic role of information systems (IS) in driving organizational transformation, innovation, and global competitiveness. It explores the interplay between IS, organizational structures, and competitive strategy in digitally enabled environments. Students will analyze advanced enterprise applications, e-commerce, digital platforms, and knowledge management systems that support operational excellence and decision-making. The course emphasizes global perspectives by addressing IS integration in multinational contexts, governance challenges, and the impact of IS on organizational performance.
