Course Description
This course provides insights to the field of knowledge management, an interdisciplinary field that integrates information systems (IS), knowledge management (KM), computer science and management studies. The course aims to provide the strategic importance of knowledge management and information systems in order to help organizations grow. As knowledge drives society, KM and IS to accumulate, manage and transfer that knowledge become crucial. Therefore, barriers which prevents accumulation of knowledge, factors which make organizations vulnerable and the ways how IS can be used for effective KM will be analyzed. This course will examine knowledge valley theory, big data and departmentalization.

- 01 Categorize the state art of the innovation tools and apply it on selected cases
- 02 Develop an intellectual framework to critically assess innovative approaches
