Course Description

The main aim of the course is to study the role of tourism in countries’ economic lives, using fundamental concepts taught in introductory economic courses. At the end of the semester, the students will be equipped with necessary information and tools that will enable them to study and analyze economic impacts of tourism on the national income, balance of payments, employment, and factors affecting tourism demand and supply.
