Course Description

The aim of this course is to provide students, who had taken the basics of cost accounting, with a further knowledge of cost accounting systems that are employed in evaluating the cost of a product; in the process of planning and control; and decision-making. After completing this course, students will be able to develop their knowledge and understanding on: job costing, process costing, activity base costing, fundamental of cost management, service department and joint cost allocation, and planning and budgeting. These subjects help in expanding their understanding of managing and control the business activity.
