Bu ders, öğrencilere hem teoride hem de pratikte diplomasinin yanı sıra müzakere hakkında kapsamlı bir anlayış kazandırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Öğrencilere temel diplomatik kavramlar, yapılar ve süreçlerin yanı sıra müzakerelerin yürütülmesi hakkında bilgi vermeyi hedeflemektedir.
