INRE635 - ISSUES İN EURO - MED POLİTİCS

Ders Açıklaması

Bu ders, öğrencilerin Avrupa-Akdeniz Ortaklığı'na üye ülkelerin siyasi, kültürel, ekonomik ve güvenlik konularına ilişkin teorik ve ampirik altyapılarını geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Böylelikle, Avrupa-Akdeniz Ortaklığı projesi, hem geleneksel hem de eleştirel kuramlar çerçevesinde, üç temel aşamayı (güvenlik ve siyasi işbirliği, ekonomik işbirliği ve kültürel diyalog) ve bazı örnek olay incelemelerini değerlendirerek analiz edecektir.

01 Yerel, ulusal, bölgesel ve uluslararası düzeylerde güvenlik konularının ana görüşlerinin birbirleriyle nasıl ilişkili olduğu hakkında farkındalık kazanmak.
02 Siyasi, güvenlik arasındaki ilişkiler, sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel “Ortaklık”anlamak için.
03 Hükümet, Akdeniz bölgesinde medya ve akademik söylem arasındaki farkı anlamak.
04 Belirgin ve yarışırsa yorumlarını değerlendirme yeteneği çatışma ve Akdeniz bölgesinde istikrarsızlığa sebep olduğunu iddia etti.
05 İç ve dış belirleyicileri arasında dünya siyaseti ile bağlantılı olarak bölgesel düzen şekillenmesinde eşleştirme ınter Tespit edebilmek için.
06 İlgilenen aktörlerin siyasi gündemi ile bölgesel yapılanma sürecini bağlamak.
07 Bölgesel işbirliği ve çok yönlü ve dengeli güvenlik stratejileri inşası için umutları eleştirel.
08 AB dış politika ekstra-bölgesel güçler ve devlet dışı paydaşlar tarafından oynanan, Akdeniz insanların isteklerini ve rolü nihai hedefleri anlamak.
09 Analitik geliştirmek, yaygınlaştırmak, hipotez, eleştirmek, farzet yetki ile yazma.
10 Sınıf sunumlar için iletişim becerilerini geliştirmek için kritik hedefleri geliştirmek.
