ORGANİZASYON VE YÖNETİM

Ders Açıklaması

Bu ders, öğrencilerin modern işletme ve bilişim sistemleri bağlamında örgütlenme ve yönetim ilkelerini kapsamlı bir şekilde anlamalarını sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Yöneticilerin rol ve sorumluluklarını tanıtmakta, örgütsel performansı şekillendiren iç ve dış faktörleri incelemekte ve yaygın hatalar ile önyargıları da içeren karar alma süreçlerini değerlendirmektedir. Öğrenciler, planlama, örgütsel yapı ve grup dinamikleri konularında bilgi edinirken bütünleşik yönetsel konuları analiz edeceklerdir. Ders ayrıca Bilişim Sistemleri Strateji Üçgeni üzerinde durarak bilişim sistemlerinin iş hedefleriyle stratejik uyumunu vurgular. Dersi tamamlayan öğrenciler, dinamik ve karmaşık ortamlarda etkin karar alma için gerekli olan yönetsel düşünme, analitik beceri ve liderlik yetkinliklerini geliştireceklerdir.
