Katılımcıların eğitim ve öğretimi denetleme ve değerlendirmede kullanılan çağdaş yöntem ve tekniklere ilişkin bilgi ve becerilerini geliştirme, bu yöntem ve teknikleri okullarda uygulama yeterliklerini geliştirme, amaçlara yönelik planları uygulamalarla karşılaştırmak, sapmaları nedenleri ile belirlemek, önleyici, geliştirici çalışmalarla örgütün varlığını sürdürmesi, etkinlik ve verimliliğinin artması için neler yapılması gerektiğini tesbit etmek, teftişin önemi, teftişte kavramsal gelişmeler, teftiş kapsamına giren etkinlikler, teftiş hizmetlerinin örgütlendirilmesi, eğitim sisteminde teftişin tarihsel gelişimi, teftiş türleri ve ilkeleri, etkili teftişin özellikleri, teftişin işlevleri, teftişte genel kurallar, müfettişlerin görev, yetki ve sorumlulukları, çağdaş teftiş yaklaşımları, teftişin planlanması, uygulanması ve değerlendirilmesi, teftişte işbirliği, birey ve grupla çalışma, disiplin ve soruşturmalar.

10. 10. Manage organizational change and innovation by developing strategies that respond to technological, social, cultural, economic, and educational developments.
