Ders Açıklaması
Bu derste, Orta Asya ve Kafkasya Sovyet Cumhuriyetleri içinde kuralların siyasi sistemleri ve türlerini analiz amaçlanmaktadır. Sınırların belirlenmesi ve Soğuk Savaş'ın sona ermesinden sonra eski Sovyet coğrafyasında Sovyetler Birliği'nin çöküşü radikal yol açtı Azerbaycan, Gürcistan, Ermenistan, Kazakistan, Özbekistan, Türkmenistan, Kırgızistan ve Tacikistan siyasi kurallar dönüşüm. BDT ülkeleri sistemik dönüşüm ülkeye göre detay ve ülkede değerlendirilecektir.
