Ders Açıklaması

Bu dersin amacı katılımcılarla temelleri 1995 Barselona Bildirgesi’ne dayanan Avrupa-Akdeniz sürecinin içeriğini, yapılanmasını, başarı ve başarısızlıklarını sürecin uluslararası, bölgesel ve yerel dinamiklerini göz önünde bulundurarark değerlendirmektir. Bu değerlendirme yapılırken Avrupa-Akdeniz yapılanmasının tarihsel arkaplanı ortaya konacak, gelişiminin yönü hakkında temel tartışmalara yer vetrilecektir. Bununla birlikte bu yapılanmanın siyasi ve güvenlik işbirliği, ekonomik işbirliği, ve kültürel etkileşim gibi değişik boyutlarına vurguda bulunularak bu süreçlerle ilgili ülkeler bazındaki farklılıklar, sistem içi ve dışı sorunlar ile bu sorunlara üye ülkeler tarafından geliştirilen tepkiler ve çözüm önerileri dersin katılımcılarıyla karşılıklı etkileşim içinde ve yükek lisans düzeyinde akademik bir tartışma ortamında irdelenecektir.

  1. 01 Yerel, ulusal, bölgesel ve uluslararası düzeylerde güvenlik konularının ana akım görüşlerinin birbiriyle nasıl ilişki kurduğu konusunda bilgi ve anlayış geliştirmek.
  2. 02 Siyasi, güvenlik, sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel “Ortaklık” arasındaki ilişkiyi sınıflandırmak
  3. 03 Akdeniz alanındaki hükümet, medya ve bilimsel söylem arasındaki farkı değerlendirir.
  4. 04 Akdeniz bölgesindeki çatışma ve istikrarsızlık için açık ve iddia edilen nedenlerin yorumlarını değerlendirmek
  5. 05 Dünya siyasetiyle bağlantılı olarak bölgesel düzeni şekillendirirken iç ve dış belirleyiciler arasındaki iç içe geçmeyi değerlendirmek.
  6. 06 Bölgesel inşa sürecini ilgili aktörlerin siyasi gündemiyle karşılaştırmak.
