Bu dersin ana konuları: sayısal özet istatistikler, grafiksel özet teknikleri, olasılık teorisi, olasılık dağılımları, matematiksel beklenti, özel olasılık dağılımları (bernoulli, binom, poisson), olasılık yoğunluk fonksiyonları (gama, üstel, ki-kare), doğrusal regresyon ve korelasyon, mükemmel ve spss uygulamaları, örnekleme dağılımları, hipotez testleri.
