YÖNETİM BİLİŞİM SİSTEMLERİ

Ders Açıklaması

Bu ders, öğrencileri günümüz küresel iş ortamında Yönetim Bilişim Sistemlerinin (MIS) stratejik ve yönetsel rolüyle tanıştırmaktadır. Organizasyonların bilişim sistemlerini rekabet avantajı, operasyonel verimlilik, yenilikçilik ve müşteri etkileşimi için nasıl kullandığına odaklanılmaktadır. Öğrenciler ERP, CRM ve SCM gibi kurumsal uygulamaların entegrasyonunu, ayrıca e-ticaret ve dijital pazarların iş modelleri üzerindeki etkisini inceleyeceklerdir. Ders kapsamında iş zekâsı, karar destek sistemleri ve proje yönetimi ele alınmakta; teorik bilgiler uygulamalı çalışmalarla desteklenmektedir. Grup projeleri ve vaka analizleri aracılığıyla öğrenciler, örgütsel strateji ve hedeflerle uyumlu bilgi sistemi çözümlerini tasarlama, değerlendirme ve sunma becerisi kazanacaklardır.
